“Shield Insurance Broker,” operated by Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited, a subsidiary of Tidlor Holdings (TIDLOR), led by Ms. Nipa Vanichavat, Senior Executive, Corporate Social Responsibility, collaborated with the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) to deliver relief bags to support and alleviate hardships for people in Southern Thailand affected by the 2025 floods. The handover was received by Mr. Chuchart Pramoolpol, Secretary-General of the OIC.

Throughout 2025, “Shield Insurance Broker” has continuously supported the OIC’s mission to assist the public by delivering more than 700 relief bags (as of November 30, 2025), containing dry food, drinking water, basic medicines, and essential items for emergency situations. The company also mobilized branch staff in affected areas to work alongside the OIC in delivering aid to flood victims across multiple provinces nationwide, including Chiang Mai, Phetchabun, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Sing Buri, and severely impacted areas in Southern Thailand.

The management team and employees of Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited would like to express their encouragement to all affected individuals, as well as officers and volunteers supporting flood relief efforts, wishing them a swift recovery from this crisis.

This collaborative relief effort reflects the company’s commitment to conducting business with social responsibility under the ESG framework, particularly in the “Social” dimension, which focuses on creating positive impact for communities.
