Premiums start from 4 THB per day, calculated based on a minimum annual premium of 1,350 THB. Premium rates vary depending on the age of the insured.
Underwriting conditions are as specified in the insurance policy. The applicant must be between 1-59 years old (59 years 364 days). Only Thai nationals are accepted.
Applicants must not have been previously diagnosed with cancer or any serious illness. A 90-day waiting period applies, starting from the policy effective date.
Diagnosis must be made by a physician and/or pathologist. If cancer is diagnosed for the first time, the insured or beneficiary must submit supporting documents to the insurer within 30 days from the date the diagnosis is known. Covered chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or surgery must take place within 180 days of the first cancer diagnosis.
Coverage for a second medical opinion applies only when the second diagnosis is obtained from another physician to confirm the diagnosis or for treatment planning, and must occur within 180 days from the date of the first cancer diagnosis.
