Shield Insurance Broker Partners with OIC to Support Flood Victims in 2025

“Shield Insurance Broker,” operated by Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited, a subsidiary of Tidlor Holdings (TIDLOR), led by Mrs. Athitaya Phoonwathu, Chief Insurance Officer, collaborated with the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) to deploy teams delivering relief bags to support people affected by flooding in multiple areas in 2025. As part of this initiative, Shield Insurance Broker prepared 200 relief bags containing dry food, rice, and essential supplies. Branch staff in affected areas were also mobilized to represent the company in delivering these supplies to the OIC for further distribution to flood victims in Mae Chaem District, Chiang Mai, Lom Sak District, and nearby areas in Phetchabun Province. 

This relief effort reflects the company’s commitment to conducting business with social responsibility under the ESG framework, particularly in the “Social” dimension, focusing on creating positive impact for communities. It also aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).
