Shield Insurance Broker Delivers Peace of Mind During Songkran 2025 with Free Home and Personal Accident Insurance

“Shield Insurance Broker,” operated by Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited (TIDLOR), led by Mr. Charnrit Sukplang (center), Head of Insurance Brokerage Business, joined the activity booth at the “Road Safety Awareness and Insurance Promotion Campaign during Songkran Festival 2025” under the theme “Enhancing Physical, Mental, and Financial Well-being,” organized by the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC). The event was led by Mr. Chuchart Pramoolpol, Secretary-General of the OIC, together with executives and staff participating in a campaign parade around the event area. 

At the Shield Insurance Broker booth, visitors enjoyed fun activities and summer-themed giveaways. The company also delivered peace of mind by offering free “Happy Home, Safe Home” Micro Insurance policies underwritten by Bangkok Insurance, providing coverage of up to 30,000 baht from April 1–30, 2025, with a coverage period of 30 days (from the registration date), helping reduce concerns and financial burdens from unexpected events during the Songkran Festival. In addition, free personal accident Micro Insurance was provided, offering coverage of up to 100,000 baht from April 1–30, 2025, with a 30-day coverage period (from the registration date), to promote greater access to insurance protection—especially during Songkran, when accident rates are higher than usual. 

The provision of home and personal accident Micro Insurance policies is part of the support for the OIC’s key mission to promote public access to insurance. The activity attracted strong public interest and participation at Yodpiman Market, Pak Khlong Talat, Bangkok, recently.
